It is to inform you that we deliver our products to ALL ANY POSTAL ADDRESS WORLDWIDE and our reputed shipping partners are Fedex, Bluedart* , Fedex Flat Rate, Gati Surface, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Xpressbees, Dotzot, Fedex Surface, Delhivery surface, Fedex Surface Lite, Delhivery Surface Lite & Delhivery Surface Standard. Since Courier companies don't deliver to P.O.Box address, so we earnestly request you to provide us with the full street address along with the pin code (zip code).
Please note that residential shipment of products to countries like USA & others will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive or no one responds to the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Calculating Cost
For overseas orders, shipping cost is calculated by weight, size of the parcel including the product, the packing material etc and destination of delivery. Once a product is selected and added to 'My Cart' and proceeded to Checkout, the exact shipping cost is auto calculated, keeping the mentioned factors into account.
Shipping is free across India over 499 shopping.
We are proud to arrange FREE SHIPPING service to any address in India.
Please share the complete postal address with the correct PIN code because we will not stay responsible for any postal delays occurring due to incomplete address information.
Transit Times
We ship all the orders as fast as possible via air courier services like DTDC (for international) and Fedex, Bluedart* , Fedex Flat Rate, Gati Surface, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Xpressbees, Dotzot, Fedex Surface, Delhivery surface, Fedex Surface Lite, Delhivery Surface Lite, Delhivery Surface Standard, (for domestic). They normally deliver within 7-9 days across the USA, Europe and all major cities of Middle and the Far East.
Transit Risk
Weavers India ships all parcels fully safe and secured at no extra cost to customers. If any of the courier companies fail to deliver the product, you do not suffer any loss. The in-transit risk is all ours. But we will not bear any responsibility for lost and stolen packages or any full or partially damaged packages after they are being left at customer's address by postal address or courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking Details
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 48 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
We will immediately send you an email as soon as the shipments of your ordered items are handed over to the Courier Service. The email alerts will consist of the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. The same information’s can be checked on our order status page or by signing in to the My Account section on our site.
Address Change Requests
Address update (changing) requests may be supported and accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your update request to info@weaversindia.co.in
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses (the address and zip code does not match). The customer and not Weavers India will, without exception, have to bear the amount of any such penalties and/or fees. So please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
In case of reshipment of the same order, customers will have to pay the re-shipping charges.
Time to Ship
For each item we have mentioned, the time to ship along with the item image is only approximate and it can be shipped earlier or later depending on the availability of the items and other factors.
Please email us with the exact item codes to get information’s on the accurate time to ship.
Delay in shipping
The Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is only approximate and at times due to circumstances beyond our control and expectation, delays may occur. We expect this understanding from our customers. If the item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will inform you that by an e-mail. If the customer is unwilling to accept this kind of delay, we would request them to select the next best option. Even if customers are not able to find an alternative then promptly refund the entire amount spent on the product along with the shipping charge with absolutely no deductions.
Some benefits like store credits to be used for future orders, free gift etc can only be allowed on basis of certain cases.
All the dates for delivery are approximate and we are not responsible for any delay in delivering your order. We might deliver your order in separate parts and at times we might refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
G.S.T/Vat & Custom Duties
Customers are responsible for their country's GST/ VAT/ customs or any duty fees. We cannot predict there will occur, as policies vary greatly from country to country.
If the courier company charges some additional service charges over and above custom duty on the basis of certain cases then you will stay responsible to pay them accordingly.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address and Shipping Address are too different concepts. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company and the Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Please make this clear before placing your order.
